show as white when modem use is idle, and green when in use. The up arrow displays green during uploading, the down arrow
displays green when downloading. Often, both are lit when both uploading & downloading are simutaneous.

HN-FAPMON to show your 'bucket' at 100%. 'Change Log' gives options for various status logging.
The 'Adjust Bucket Size' option allows you to select the package you
subscribe to, from the various packages HughesNet offers.
It's important to select your correct package so HN-FAPMON knows
how to calculate your usage.

If you should ever change packages, just select a new one from the option
menu, and click the 'update' option.
The 'Network Settings' button brings up the display to the left. It allows
you to configure HN-FAPMON for any special settings your network may
have.

The main service of HN-FAPMON runs on a single computer, while the
client versions run on attached (networked) computers. The main program
does the actual data throughput monitoring, and then broadcasts this info
to the client versions so they can monitor total system usage.
